Morse Code Action

When 15, I was what they called a tramp telegrapher. I went and received messages through what is called Morse Code. I seemed to have trouble hearing different things, but I grasped the sound of the click from the Morse Code perfectly fine. The next 7 years of my life weren't that exciting. I received messages for trains and for the Union Army during the dreadful Civil War. Occasionally the messages were full of excitement and interesting facts, but usually not. One message for the Union Army was for a soldier named Gabriel Harris. His former boss was messaging him that he gave his job to someone else who deserved it more than him. I didn't want to send that message, but I had no choice.
